Shipping

All orders will be processed within 5 business days and shipped via Canada Post standard service.

Delivery times range from 2 to 9 business days.

Returns/Exchanges

​

If you are not satisfied for any reason, an exchange can be arranged within 14 days of delivery.

​

Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase. 

Clients are responsible for all shipping costs of the returned item and the replacement. 

Please ensure you obtain tracking information from your preferred shipping company. 

All exchanges will be processed within 10 business days. 

Please email shorttees.ca@gmail.com prior to shipping any merchandise to confirm the exchange.

Unconfirmed exchanges will not be processed.

Shorttees reserves the right to deny an exchange if policy requirements are not met.
